Our Organization
The staff team members of The Donas Group have been providing business information system consulting, support, implementation and customizations since 1981. 
 
Staff skills include the review of business practices, installation of software, implementation assistance, project management of business process changes, on-site training of staff, support, software modifications and complimentary product integrations.   
 
Our expertise includes installing and implementing bar code inventory or labor collection projects, EDI transactions and custom report development with Crystal Reports.
Assitionally, we provide the ongoing support that customers require once the implementation project has been completed.  Many customers ask us to help review their business processes annually and recommend changes in their day-to-day use of the software.  These business reviews allow us to share “Real World Best Practices” and maximizing their return on the software investment. 
 
The Donas Group was incorporated in 1996 and supported UNIX business software accounts. New account strategy was focused on selling software written with Microsoft Windows compatiability.
 
In 1999, we started a relationship with Macola Software.  Macola actively pursued us as a new business partner, due to our industry expertise and reputation in implementing software for manufacturers and distributors. That year, we became their "Rookie of the Year" reseller throughout North America.  
 
Through a merger in early 2001, Macola Software became Exact Software.  We continually participate in all of the classroom and web-based training programs offered by Exact, resulting in certifications with our staff for software applications, such as Macola ES, Synergy, customizations and the installation processes.  This training is important for us to properly implement and support our customers.
 
Our implementation staff havCourses have been taken courses through APICS, the American Production and Inventory Control Society.  The CPIM "Certified in Production and Inventory Management" recognition that they have earned demonstrates their level of commitment to training that we stress to clients.
 
In 2002, we started a business unit to provide networking and hardware services.  We felt that this was a positive growth of our services, so that customers could contact "one organization for all business software and hardware requirements."
